Sourced entirely from vineyards located in Southern Marlborough's spectacular Awatere Valley, this vibrant wine displays aromas of lemongrass, sweet capsicum and underlying notes of freshly crushed herbs. Angels' Share, a gorgeous silky rich Shiraz. Angels share refers to the small amount of wine that evaporates from oak barrels during maturation, Medieval winemakers assumed that angels watched over their wines and that they took their share.

A lovely almond colour in the glass, the nose reveals toasted coconut, fresh pear, and apple strudel aromas. Textured and dry, the wine has roasted almond flavours mingling with fresh thyme, wild fennel, and cinnamon. This multi-layered pinot gris is opulent yet clean and juicy with fresh acidity. Great balance and a waxy mouthfeel are complimented by a beautiful lemonade type texture.
