Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through Barossa Valley Wine Company's historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. This wine shows vibrant plum and blackberry characters on the nose with hints of chocolate and earthiness flow through to a rich, bold palate packed with dark fruit flavours. Juicy and fruit driven, powerful yet elegant and with hints of black pepper spice through the mid-palate lead to a rich, velvety tannin finish.

The soil of this appellation is composed of clay and limestone and benefits from an oceanic and temperate climate. Limited yields, hand tending, careful selection and minimal interference during the natural ripening of the grapes. The nose is rich and develops intense aromas of black fruits (plum, cherry, blackberry) with spicy notes (cinnamon, pepper). Fruity and delicious on the palate, the tannins are supple with a long finish. Ideal with red meats, dishes in sauce and cheese.

Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Translated literally, 'Dolcetto' means 'little sweet one'. This wine has fresh, lifted aromas of red jubes, blackberries, red currants, hints of spice and liquorice. The palate has flavours of ripe summer berries and a natural grape sweetness that is balanced by the frizzante mouth-feel providing a refreshing, lively finish.
